Part Numbers The part numbers used are the numbers used by the original manufacturer, so if you are lucky enough to have parts lists, the numbers, barring supercessions, hold good.

Back Orders All items in stock are despatched promptly. It is inevitable that some items will occasionally be out of stock. In these cases you will be advised by email when they become available. Should the item still be required it must be re-ordered, dues out are not maintained. When it is known that items are out of stock this is noted in the On-line Catalogue description, and ordering disabled.

Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5% is charged on all orders consigned to addresses within the European Union member states. Registered traders in member countries other than the UK may be exempt, provided details of their VAT registration number are included with the order. Customers from outside the European Union are exempt from VAT.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Reconditioned and Reproduction Parts The magnetos for which we provide spare parts were manufactured between 50 and 90 years ago. Obviously sources of original spares are now very scarce and increasingly reconditioned and reproduction parts have to be substituted. This is noted in the On-line Catalogue description.
